Reliability analysis and optimization of turbocharger turbine of marine low speed diesel engine under complex load

Abstract In this paper, aiming at the reliability analysis and optimization of jth series marine low-speed diesel engine supercharger Chongqing JIANGZENG Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a response surface mathematical model is constructed by using 62 groups dispersive simulation data to verify accuracy effectiveness model. Based on this, Monte Carlo sampling carried out obtain turbine disk 0.943, blade 0.96 Reliability space. NSGA-II multi-objective genetic algorithm, optimized taking stress value machining cost as objective function. The 1, 4.7941%, 3.0136%, 15.5087%, 3.9907%. Finally, results algorithm are compared, difference less than 5%, which shows that based has practical application reference value.
